Common questions
Straight answers, no sales fog.
These answers are written for prospective clients who want to know how Hester Software works before they submit a request.
What services does Hester Software offer?
Hester Software offers AI remediation, software development, full stack development, and web delivery work. The quote request flow captures the service line first so the project can be routed correctly.
Do clients create their own accounts?
No. The site uses invite-only access. A client requests a quote, the work is reviewed from the admin side, and the account is created after the engagement is approved.
What hosting platform do you use?
Hester Software is built around AWS. The current scaffold uses SAM for backend infrastructure and S3 plus CloudFront for the public frontend.
How does the quote process work?
Visitors submit a request with the project summary, service needs, budget, and timeline. Hester Software reviews the request, prepares a proposal, and then creates the customer account once the quote is accepted.
Can Hester Software work on an existing system?
Yes. Remediation and modernization are part of the service mix, so existing systems can be stabilized, extended, or cleaned up without a full rewrite when that makes more sense.
What happens after a quote is approved?
Hester Software creates the account from the admin side and sends the invite email. The client then signs in to the portal for project updates, files, support, and billing visibility.
Can I see invoices and billing status in the portal?
Yes. The billing area shows invoice history and payment status so clients can keep track of their account without extra back-and-forth.
Can I use the portal without being signed in?
No. The portal and admin console are protected. If a user is not authenticated, they only see the login gate instead of the app shell.
Still have a question?
Request a quote and Hester Software can review the details directly.
If the page did not answer what you needed, the quote form is the cleanest next step.
